In addition, toner powder and refill toner can be extremely flammable with an appropriate oxygen mixture. Also, be careful not to touch the photoconductor drum or expose it to direct sunlight. This can lead to incorrect printouts. Eurotone Office assumes no responsibility / liability for the success or failure of the procedure described below.

Figure 1 - Waste toner outlet

Place the toner cartridge in front of you as shown in the picture. Melt an approx. 1 cm hole in the cartridge at the point marked below with the help of our soldering iron with a plug welding attachment. Fill the refill toner into this hole using a funnel. Seal the hole with a piece of tissue tape. The cartridge is now full.

Carefully remove toner powder (make sure you wear gloves and a mask)

Figure 3 - Filling opening (new powder)

The second time you want to fill your cartridge, you should empty the waste toner box. To do this, melt a hole at the point marked below. Keep the cartridge in a trash bag. Now turn the cartridge so that the residual toner can flow out of the cartridge. The waste toner cannot be reused.

Figure 4

After two to three fillings, the photoconductor drum of your cartridge may begin to print streaks or a gray film. In this case it is used up.

To replace the photoconductor drum you have to disassemble the cartridge.
