Buy cheap Xerox toner at Eurotone

Toner cartridges are closely associated with the Xerox brand. Finally, Xerox developed the first laser printer. Today there are state-of-the-art devices, many of which are designed for professional use. It is not uncommon to find complete laser printing production machines that work in companies' in-house printing shops. Of course there are also compact workstation printers and multifunction printers.

If you need fresh Xerox toners for this, you can buy them cheaply here at Eurotone. To keep printing costs low, we recommend our compatible toner cartridges. These convince with a first-class print quality and do not have to hide behind the originals.

What makes Xerox toner so special?

Xerox toners are the ideal solution for printing brilliant colors, clear lines and sharp text with a Xerox laser printer. The cartridges available here are precisely matched to the respective Xerox laser printer. A one hundred percent accuracy of fit is guaranteed. Inside the toner tank you will find easily melting and extremely fine toner powder. These particles are fed from the imaging drum to the fusing unit and ensure a permanent and smudge-proof connection to the paper or other carrier materials. In some cases, the prints can be used outdoors. Xerox toner is of consistently high quality from inserting the cartridge to replacing it.

As with many other laser printer manufacturers, Xerox also has to distinguish between monochrome and color laser printers. These need the following colors:

  • Black
  • Cyan
  • Magenta
  • Yellow

The cheapest way to print is with monochrome laser printers. In this case, the Xerox printers only need a black toner cartridge. In the business sector in particular, documents are mainly printed in black and white. In this case, the printer converts the colors into corresponding shades of gray. If you really want to print in color, you'll need to use a color laser printer. In this case, the remaining three color toner cartridges are still required.

Thanks to a special mixing ratio that is specified by the printer software, almost all colors on the color wheel can be reproduced. This means that even high-quality color photos can be printed without any problems. However, you should use a special photo paper for this.

Our compatible toner cartridges for Xerox printers are identical to the original Xerox cartridges. However, they are much cheaper so that you can calculate your printing costs very precisely. It is indisputable that our compatible Xerox toner cartridges are also among the models with the highest print range. Due to the high print volume or numerous photocopies, it would not make sense in a business environment to change the toner cartridge at short intervals.

Regardless of this, you do not take any risks with compatible cartridges from Eurotone. This does not affect your Xerox printer's warranty. In addition, we give you a guarantee of up to 2 years on our Xerox toners. However, if the toner does not meet your expectations, you can benefit from a 14-day return policy. Of course, you will also be reimbursed for the costs of the return.

In addition, we not only offer standard toner, but also special XL versions. Although the plastic housing of the toner cartridge is the same size, there are cartridges that are filled with significantly more toner powder. As a multi-printer, you can benefit from this.

Who is Xerox?

The American Xerox Corporation was founded in 1906. The company, based in Norwalk, Connecticut, was initially founded under the name Haloid Company. The company succeeded in making the first photocopies using xerography. In 1956, the Haloid Company merged with Rank Xerox Ltd. and traded first as Rank Xerox and then from 1965 as Xerox Corporation. In the famous Silicon Valley, Xerox developed the first minicomputers with WYSIWYG editors and graphical user interfaces that could be operated with a mouse.

In 1977 the world's first laser printer was developed. After Xerox entered into a cooperation with Microsoft in 1993, the company also developed one of the first multifunction printers in 1995 that could print, scan, photocopy and fax. Today, Xerox offers a variety of different printers and printing solutions for the professional sector.

Overview of the Xerox printer types:

  • Monochrome laser printer
  • Color laser printer
  • Multifunction laser printer
  • Digital and offset printing machines
  • Solid ink printer or wax printer as well
  • Stand-alone photocopiers and fax machines

How is a Xerox toner cartridge constructed?

Xerox toner cartridges are designed to provide 100% reliability and great print quality. In addition, these cartridges also protect the life of your printer. Xerox toners are housed in a sturdy plastic housing. Here you will find traditional cartridges in a rectangular shape, but also round cartridges. The round models have a cap with the toner outlet on one side. You can lock or unlock this by turning it to the right or left.

The cartridge housings are equipped with corresponding guide lugs on the sides for a secure hold. In addition, the rectangular models in particular have a small drive mechanism that evenly distributes the toner powder inside with the help of an agitator or a mixing shaft. Note that you should shake the cartridge vigorously a few times before inserting it. This will redistribute the toner for your Xerox printer. Then remove the weatherstrip to allow the toner powder to flow freely onto the imaging drum.

The toner is transferred to the imaging drum via a doctor blade or a narrow perforated plate. This runs over an integrated magnetic roller to statically charge the toner. The fine toner powder contains magnetic particles that are responsible for this charge. The tube cartridges usually only contain the pure toner powder. However, this is also transferred particularly evenly to the image drum. As with most other manufacturers, you will find the series designation and information on the respective printing color on the plastic housing.

Toner for Xerox monochrome laser printers

Xerox toners for monochrome laser printers are usually very economical and offer a long print range. Many photocopiers require these cartridges. It is understandable that only a black toner cartridge needs to be used in these devices. Here you can buy the right toners for every Xerox printer, which differ slightly in appearance. The design of the cartridge housing is always based on the respective container. It is interesting that the printers and copiers usually have several paper trays for very large print jobs. This eliminates the need to regularly refill paper.

Before you decide on one of the listed toner cartridges for Xerox printers, you should pay attention to the article number, EAN designation and OEM number to be on the safe side. This information can also be found in the manual for your laser printer. The range is an important decision criterion. For example, the following models are available for Xerox black toner cartridges:

  • Yield: 5.000 printed pages
  • Yield: 8.000 printed pages
  • Yield: 26.000 printed pages or
  • Yield: 32.000 printed pages

Depending on the Xerox printer model, you will find several black toner cartridges in the list for your printer. These differed only in the print range. Here you can determine in advance whether a conventional standard cartridge is sufficient for you or whether you, as a multi-printer, need XL toner from Xerox. The higher the print range, the lower the price per page.

Toner for color laser printers from Xerox

There are many Xerox color laser printers that can produce perfect quality color prints. As with the black cartridges, there are also different versions of the color models. In addition to the traditional rectangular cartridges, there are also round, tubular color cartridges. But there are also models with bulges on the sides or very flat designs. Xerox color laser printers also require a black toner cartridge. In addition, the cartridges for the cyan, magenta and yellow printing inks must also be used.

The ink cartridges are clearly labeled so that you do not accidentally insert them into the wrong slots. Otherwise there would be wrong color mixes and unsightly printouts. The compatible Xerox ink cartridges are also available in different sizes. You will find standard cartridges, but also XL cartridges with a larger capacity. You will also find that most color cartridges have a slightly shorter range than black cartridges. That's because manufacturers assume that most documents will be printed in black and white. So it can't hurt if the black cartridge has a longer range.

In the list of our Xerox toner cartridges you will usually find the addition that the printing range assumes that no more than 5% toner is used for one printed page. However, if you only print colorful photos, this average value will of course be undercut. The Xerox color cartridges are either inserted individually into separate openings or inserted one after the other in a toner compartment. Depending on the printer model, there are also special toner compartments that you can pull out towards you. This makes changing the cartridges even easier.

Toner for multifunction laser printers from Xerox

Basically, multifunction laser printers differ in pure monochrome or color printers. With these devices, you can do a variety of tasks with just one device. Xerox multifunction laser printers allow you to print, scan, photocopy, and fax. These functional devices have a flatbed scanner on top, which is also responsible for photocopying. If you have to copy or scan several documents one after the other, an automatic document feeder is available here. Finally, with a duplex function, you can also print on both sides.

Multifunctional laser printers can be found in business use as well as in the home office. While the monochrome printing units only need a black Xerox cartridge, the other printing inks also have to be installed separately for the color printers. The respective printing units do not differ from the compact office laser printers. Here at Eurotone you can buy suitable replacement cartridges with compatible toner at low prices.

So you can assume that this cartridge has been refreshed with new plastic gears and other components. Since these rebuilt toner cartridges can no longer be sold as originals, the recycling molds have to remove the company logo from the plastic housing. This is usually melted away from the surface of the cartridge by heat.

What to do with empty Xerox toner cartridges?

For reasons of environmental protection, empty toner cartridges should not be disposed of with household waste. But the landfill is not the place for it either. Xerox has its own supplies recycling program. In this context, the so-called Xerox Green World Alliance was founded.

The original Xerox cartridges can be returned to the manufacturer free of charge. Xerox will also cover the postage costs for returns. The empty cartridges are processed or properly disposed of at the local collection stations. This is the only way to avoid unnecessary mountains of waste in relation to toner cartridges.

Additional printer accessories for your Xerox printer

In the toner category you will primarily find our compatible toner cartridges for Xerox printers, but for some models you will also find the corresponding imaging drum here.
